We use late model, very efficient equipment that keeps us competitively priced. Our specialty is complete machining service from part concept thru prototype, testing and including full production. We can handle any or all phases of your production. Our advantage comes from the vast experience of our employees and owners who have a strong background in tool making and the mold and die industry. Vacuum Degreasing Metal Cleaning System New 2023
Vacuum degreasing is a parts cleaning process incorporating environmentally accepted modified alcohol or aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents in a closed system under vacuum. The cleaning process involves several phases including pre-clean flooding, full immersion, ultrasonics and secondary flushing and/or rust preventative stages. Parts are places in baskets and captured by an interlocking lid. During the cleaning process the parts are left stationary, rock side to side or full rotation is used. At the completion of the cleaning process parts are effectively dried utilizing hot vapors under vacuum.
Applications for vacuum degreasing include aerospace, automotive, medical, precision machined parts, hydraulic components and more. The low surface tension of modified alcohol or aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents under vacuum makes the process ideal for critical cleaning applications.
I addition, being under vacuum conditions, the cleaning process is very energy efficient and the cleaning solvent is continuously distilled and re-used resulting in minimal solvent usage.
In the vacuum degreasing process at Jensen Precision Machining modified alcohol is being used which has no PFAS components, is non-Halogenated and is not classified as a HAP (hazardous air pollutant) by the EPA.

The IM Series Image Dimension Measurement System is a digital optical comparator that performs dimensional inspection of targets through “place-and-press” measurement. .00008″-.0002″ measuring accuracy.
With the ability to measure up to 99 dimensions in just seconds, the IM Series greatly reduces both time spent measuring and labor costs. With other optical comparators and measuring microscopes, measurements vary depending on the skill of the operator. However, the IM Series’ advanced digital processing makes it possible to get reliable results no matter who carries out the measurement.
