Vacuum Degreasing Metal Cleaning System New 2024

Vacuum degreasing is a parts cleaning process incorporating environmentally accepted modified alcohol or aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents in a closed system under vacuum.  In the vacuum degreasing process at Jensen Precision Machining modified alcohol is being used which has no PFAS components, is non-Halogenated and is not classified as a HAP (hazardous air pollutant) by the EPA.

 In addition, being under vacuum conditions, the cleaning process is very energy efficient and the cleaning solvent is continuously distilled and re-used resulting in minimal solvent usage
