Jensen Precision Machining Inc. was established in 1995. We specialize in short and long run production machining with a diverse background in milling, turning and Swiss machining. We use late model, very efficient equipment that keeps us competitively priced. Our specialty is complete machining service from part concept thru prototype, testing and including full production. We can handle any or all phases of your production. Our advantage comes from the vast experience of our employees and owners who have a strong background in tool making and the mold and die industry. We build all our own tooling in house. Fast and efficient, competitively priced and on time delivery!
What’s New
New Building
In May 2025 our new 10,000 square foot building will be completed across the parking lot from our existing building bringing our total manufacturing space to 26,000 square feet. Our Swiss machining division will be moved to this facility. The building is setup to optimize material and part flow.
LMX-TL
New 2025
The LMX-TL is a multisensor measurement system with vision, probing, and a confocal laser that makes it the fastest way to measure both 2D/3D at the click of a button. This system is accurate down to .00003 or .0007 um with the ability to measure up to 1000 parts at a time or up to 5000 dimensions. Unlike other VMMs, optical comparators, CMMS, or toolmakers scopes, this system doesn’t require any set up time or fixturing, simply just press and measure.
